By now I am sure you know, that here at Tovolo, we take Popsicles pretty seriously. Mind you we ALWAYS have a sense of humor but we have a POP- track mind. We are constantly tying new recipes and scouring the inter webs for the next BIG Popsicle trend.
Sometimes a good pop recipe is just simple math:
lemonade + strawberry = delicious POP combination.
Sometimes you have a chance to let your creative side take over. Today I made three new recipes of popsicles and I am confident they are all keepers!
1. Cantaloupe + Lime + Fresh Mint = Refreshing Robots Pops
Makes 4 Robots
Ingredients:
1/2 Cantaloupe melon, cut into small pieces
1 oz lime juice
1/2 coconut water (could substitute tap water)
Few springs of fresh mint to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away! Pour into Tovolo Pop Molds of choice.
2. Lemonade + Kiwi = Alien Slime Rockets Pops
Make 6 Rockets
Ingredients:
1 cup pre-made lemonade
1 chopped kiwi
Add kiwi to lemonade and stir. Pour into Tovolo Pop Mold of choice
3. Key Limes + Graham Cracker + Cream = Key Lime Pie Tiki Pops
Makes 4 Tikis
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
7 oz sweetened condensed milk
3 crushed graham crackers
2 oz fresh squeezed key limes
Mix the 3 milks together, stir in crushed graham crackers, add lime juice and stir. Pour into Tovolo Pop Mold of choice.
